There are numerous XML modules for PERL, which you need or might use 
would be up to you. CPAN is the place to look. From there you can 
build them either with the CPAN tool or manually (make). You can add 
them either the Apple supplied PERL or any locally installed PERLs 
you may choose (~/, /usr/local, darwin port perl or fink perl.)
