cat oddity?

I'm pretty sure that cat can only be used to join PARTs of a single  
MPEG together. E.g. someone has a huge file, and splits it into  
multiple files, then cat can join them. But if each individual file  
is a discrete movie, then that's completely different.

I am not aware of any quick utility to join multiple MPEGs into one.  
[But there may be some]
