OSX 10.4.10 Sound prefs icon

Just got around to upgrading the last of our Macbooks to 10.4.10 and  
now I get a odd icon in the sys prefs for the Sound on one Macbook.

Old icon:

New icon:
-------------- next part --------------

Our other 10.4 10 systems have the 'old' icon. What gives? Maybe the  
Sound icon is missing and this is a generic icon?
