Even More infos Server Admin Tool no virtual hosts

Ok, when I tried to save the new virtual host via server admin tool it 
destroyed my

virtual_host_global.conf

It removed the two lines previously in there:
Listen IP:80
NameVirtualHost IP:80

and left them empty...??? (Inserted 2 empty lines)


So it seems to me that this file is perhaps the problem????

Any hints and help welcome.
