The only program I know of that does that is Boomerang Data Recovery. 
 From their site www.boomdrs.com/macosx/ you can download the program. 
You can try it for free to see what it finds on your cards. If you like 
what you see, spend the money. There is one thing that is not 
completely clear on their website: you must be online EVERY time you 
use the program.

I recently had a hard drive fail and some audio files only existed on 
the original Compact Flash cards that had been erased. The program did 
recover the files so I say it was worth what it cost.
