How Can I turn off the Startup page on my laserwriter 12/640PS?

Damn! People who managed to get some info about of the internals of 
Apple's (marvelous - really) postscript printers...
Do you have some link to share?

 From which box?
An Intel one?
Because, if a PPC one, this should work, a could even be the way to 
solve your problem (see below).

Do you still have a Mac OS 9 (or 8 or 7.6) capable box around?
Because the LaserWriter Utility looks like the most reliable way to go...
