Xserve Cluster Node Server Wrong Purchase

If you're looking at the Serial number stamped on the back panel of  
your Xserve, and it's not working when you type it into Server  
Assistant, then maybe you should contact Apple.  But first confirm  
that you're not just looking at the wrong piece of paper.
