Triplicate emails sent?

Hi again,
With regards to point 1, if the Windows user is running
Outlook, or Outlook Express, numerous clients who use that mail
client have this issue. I doubt the problem is actually yours. You
may well find that the settings on the particular account on their
machine, are set to leave mail on server. When they next go to
download mail, they will download another copy from the server & so
on...
Se if they can change the settings to remove the mail from
the server after download & that may well fix the issue.
As for the mail-list, I would check with the bounce message
to see exactly what the headers & body are saying.
