OmniGraffle 4.2.3 is now available

No changes since the release candidate a couple of weeks ago.
The sad part about this is that we currently have no dedicated page for version 4 of OmniGraffle, this is something that I hope we can address in a website redesign.
In the meantime, you can find OmniGraffle 4.2.3 and OmniGraffle Professional 4.2.3 at our software archive, and here are direct links:
