Margins

To access OmniOutliner's margin options:
  • Select File ‣ Page Setup... to open the page setup sheet.
  • In the Settings pop-up menu, select OmniOutliner.
  • Click the Margins tab.
Page Content Margins
These values control the space between the edge of the paper and the contents of the outline. The printed result is dependent on the physical limitations of the printer being used; most printers can't print all the way to the edge of the page.
Mirror side margins on facing pages will flip the left and right margins for every other page, so you can do things like putting printed outlines in a binder.
Header & Footer Spacing
These settings come into effect only when you choose to print headers. When in effect they take precedence over the top and bottom margin settings in Page Content Margins.
