OmniOutliner can read files from a number of other applications, and import them as OmniOutliner files. Depending on how similar the original format is to OmniOutliner's format, the imported version may not be a perfect replica of the original.

To import a file, use the Open... command like you would with a normal OmniOutliner file. You can import the following file formats:
