Clippings Preferences
The clipping file list shows all of the clipping files currently available. The files in this list are the ones that will appear in the Services menu. To open a clipping file, double-click its title in the list. To add or remove clipping files, use the plus
and minus
buttons below the list.
Also below the list is a gear pop-up menu
. To make a certain clipping file the default one, select it and then from the gear menu select
Make Default Clipping File
. To see the folder where the clipping files are stored, select
Open Clippings Directory
from the gear menu.
When the
Split multi-line clippings
checkbox is selected, text sent to clippings files through the Services menu will be split into individual items for each line of text.
