Update Preferences

Here at the Omni Group, we're always busy improving OmniGraffle and our other products. New versions and updates become available quite often, fixing software bugs and improving compatibility and performance. So that you don't miss out on the latest improvements, OmniGraffle can automatically check for updates over the Internet and inform you when you can download a new version.

The Update Preferences are used to set preferences for automatically using your internet connection to check for new and updated versions of OmniGraffle.

The Check for updates option allows you to set whether you want OmniGraffle to automatically check for updates in the background or if you would rather check manually by using the Check for Updates Now button or the Check for Updates... menu item.

You can set when automatic checking occurs by selecting one of the options from the pop-up menu.

The Reset button sets all options on this panel to their default values.
