Templates Preferences

The Templates Preferences control where OmniGraffle looks for template documents and specify which template you'd like used by default when you create a new document.

Use the Search Paths for Templates table to modify which templates appear in the New Document Template table. When you re-launch OmniGraffle, any OmniGraffle templates you've specified here show up in the New from Template menu item in the File menu. Paths can point to a directory (the application displays the entire contents of the directory) or to an individual OmniGraffle document.

To add a new template path, click the plus button. Edit an existing path by double-clicking it. To remove a template path, select it in the table and click the minus button.

Use the New Document Template table to select the default document template to be used every time a new document is created using the New menu command.

The Reset button sets all options on this panel to their default values.
