PB Import Preferences

The PB Import Preferences are used to set preferences on the importing of Project Builder files.

The Include categories checkbox specifies whether categories will be included in the class diagram created upon import. Categories are represented as shapes with a blue outline and two lines of text showing both the class name and category name, connected by a blue line to the class they are derived from.

The Include protocols checkbox specifies whether protocols will be included in the class diagram created upon import. Protocols are represented as shapes with a red outline and italic text; classes which declare conformance to a protocol are connected to it via red lines.

The Include classes outside the project/library checkbox specifies whether only the classes, categories, and protocols defined in the imported project/framework are shown. By default, when classes, categories, or protocols defined in the imported project/framework derive from classes or protocols defined elsewhere, the external classes and protocols will be represented by shapes with a yellow fill.

The Reset button sets all options on this panel to their default values.
