Lines Inspector

The Lines Inspector is used to control the style of line objects.

Many of the controls are mirrored on the right and left, where the left-side controls modify the tail of the line object, while the right-side controls modify the head of the line object.

In the Lines Inspector you can specify head and tail arrowheads, head and tail arrowhead sizes and the line type, as well as removing all midpoints on a line.

The head and tail arrowhead can be set in the right and left arrowhead lists. Simply click one of the arrow head types to set it on the currently selected line object.

The head and tail arrowhead size can be set in two ways. You can manually set the size of the arrowheads by using the size text fields. Arrowhead size values can range from 10% to 1000%.

You can also change the arrowhead size by using the size sliders. The slider size values range from 50% to 300%.

For the arrowhead size slider, if you move the cursor over the tick marks while dragging, the slider will snap to the respective value.

If you hold down the command key and move one of the sliders, the other slider will move with it allowing you to set the arrowheads to the same size.

Clicking the Reverse button swaps the head and tail arrowheads.

Clicking the Remove Extra Points button removes all points along the line except for the start and end points.
