 Undo 

⌘Z

Undo's the last action performed in the active document.

 Redo 

⇧⌘Z

Redo's the last action that was undone in the active document.

 Cut 

⌘X

Cuts the currently selected object to the Mac OS X pasteboard.

 Copy 

⌘C

Copies the currently selected object to the Mac OS X pasteboard.

 Copy As

 TIFF   
 AppleScript   

Copy As PDF copies the currently selected object to the Mac OS X pasteboard in the PDF format.
Copy As TIFF copies the currently selected object to the Mac OS X pasteboard in the TIFF format.
Copy As AppleScript copies the currently selected object to the Mac OS X pasteboard in as an AppleScript.

 Paste 

⌘P

Pastes the contents of the Mac OS X pasteboard into the active OmniGraffle document. Any additional pastes will be offset down and to the right of the original.

If you copy and paste an object, then move it without deselecting the pasted object, any additional pastes will be spaced from the previous pasting by the same offset between the original object and the first pasted object.

 Duplicate 

⌘D

Duplicates the currently selected object, offsetting it down and to the right.

 Delete 

 

Deletes the currently select objects.

 Select All 

⌘A

Selects all objects in the currently active canvas.

 Select None 

⌥⌘Q

Deselects all currently selected objects.

 Find 

▶

 Find...  ⌘F
 Find Next  ⌘G
 Find Previous  ⇧⌘D
 Enter Selection  ⌘E
 Scroll To Selection  ⌘J

Find... presents the standard Mac OS X find panel to allow you to search for a word.
Find Next highlights the next occurrence of the search string.
Find Previous highlights the previous occurrence of the search string.
Enter Selection sets the search string to the currently selected text.
Scroll To Selection scrolls the document window so that the search selection is visible.

 Spelling

 Spelling...  ⌘:
 Check Spelling  ⌘;
 Check Spelling As You Type   

Spelling... presents the standard Mac OS X spelling panel.
Check Spelling highlights the next misspelled word in the current canvas.
Check Spelling As You Type when this menu item is checked, spelling will be checked as you type, with misspelled words being underlined with red squiggly lines.
